Quilted Rexine is a premium form of synthetic leather (PVC or PU) that has been machine-stitched in decorative patterns to create a three-dimensional, padded surface. The stitching passes through layers of rexine, foam backing, and fabric lining — compressing the foam in the pattern lines to create raised, cushioned panels between the stitches.

The rexine base comes in any colour you specify — black, white, grey, brown, tan, navy, red, or any custom shade. If you have a colour code or swatch, we match it.
Thread colour is fully customisable — matching the base leather for a subtle look, or contrasting in white, gold, red, or any other colour for a bold statement. Single or dual thread options available.
Foam backing thickness is chosen by you — from 3mm for a light padded feel to 10mm for maximum cushioning. The rexine grade and weight can also be specified to match your durability requirements.
Standard widths from 54–60 inches, with custom widths available on order. Material can be supplied in full rolls or pre-cut panels sized to your specific upholstery patterns.
